|5 reasons you’re losing your top talent|
|As businesses compete to attract top-notch talent, the need to retain and engage existing employees has become increasingly important. When top employees leave, it is not only disruptive, but very costly.
1. Personalized professional development
2. Poor leadership
3. Work-life balance
4. Lack of autonomy
If an organisation fails to provide an opportunity for challenging and engaging work, they risk losing their high performing employees who thrive in environments where there is a level of trust, autonomy and opportunity for innovation.
5. Red tape
Red tape within larger organisations is a common reason why employees leave. If employees are met with bureaucratic red tape when attempting to share ideas, engagement plummets and productivity decreases. Leaders need to focus on empowering employees to innovate and share ideas that will affect real change.
Homecoming Revolution specialises in headhunting and placing scarce skill talent in a host of industries including Fintech, Retail, FMCG and Financial Services. Get in touch to speak to one of our headhunters.
