Faye Tessendorf appointed Managing Director of Homecoming Revolution

JOHANNESBURG –  Executive Headhunting Firm Homecoming Revolution is delighted to announce the appointment of Faye Tessendorf as Managing Director.

Homecoming Revolution is a boutique recruitment firm specializing in recruiting and placing globally experienced African talent across the continent.

Faye has been a key member of Homecoming Revolution’s leadership team since August 2015.

She previously worked as a Resourcing Manager in Corporate and Investment Banking at Standard Bank for South Africa and the rest of Africa, recruiting candidates across South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania, Malawi, Cote d’Ivoire, Uganda, Mozambique and Angola.

Faye began her career working for Robert Walters in London where she recruited for the world’s largest investment banks.

She then joined Bain & Company in South Africa where she was responsible for recruiting high calibre African talent from international Ivy League Business Schools.

Faye graduated from Rhodes University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Social Science Degree in Psychology and Honours in Organisational Consulting.
